The Ordinary General Assembly of Dimah Capital Investment Company for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2020 held its meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 in the Dhow Tower, with an attendance rate of 81.95%, where the assembly approved the recommendations of the Board of Directors regarding not distributing cash dividends for the year 2020.
