Kuwait, May 27, 2025 – Dimah Capital Investment Company announced its successful exit from a prime residential real estate development project in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. The project was carried out in partnership with its subsidiary, APEX US, with participation from QInvest.
Dimah Capital invested in the project in September 2021 and successfully exited in the first quarter of 2025, achieving outstanding financial results. The combined internal rate of return (IRR) for the company and its subsidiary reached 19.34%, while the Equity Multiple, together with APEX US, stood at 1.76x. These results highlight the success of the investment strategy and execution efficiency, despite market challenges, and reflect the strength of the investment structure and the professionalism of the team in managing opportunities and creating value.
The project comprises 288 residential units with integrated amenities, including a gym, business center, and landscaped outdoor spaces. It was developed to the highest modern standards to meet the growing demand for residential apartments in the U.S. market.
